I am very disappointed on the fact that l paid so much on my end to ship a tablet that cost 200.00 US dollars, and your service charged 67,123 Cfs to collect the idem? When l called to ask questions, then who ever was on the phone hang up on me. I do not really understand your rating scale on custom duty, can you please explain to me why so high duty?
