Dear Sirs, My name is Francesco Mutti, i am waiting a parcel from fedex cameroon but i need to know
if it's possible that i have to pay 370 euro for insure my parcel. i recived a mail from fedex cameroon
they say i have to pay this insurance for the delivery by western union..?? is this possible?
i did ask these people to give me a proof of the delivery, they say is a refundable insurance as soon as delivery will arrive to me.
Please would you kind confirm this method of proceeding?
