One of our clients, a multinational company, specialized in the importation of consumer’s goods, is looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.

Exigences
  • requirements:
  •  Bachelor in business administration.Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  •  4 years proven administrative experience.
  •  Excellent computer skills and good mastery of MS package
  •  Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  •  Multilingual may be preferred or required but with excellent English proficiency
  •  Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •  Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  •  Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  •  Work with Dubai office and arrange clearance documents when goods arrive
  •  Update office policies as needed
  •  Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  •  Book meeting rooms as required
  •  Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  •  Perform all administrative tasks
  •  Schedule in-house and external events
