Engineer

- Control production and quality parameters to ensure that the set quality and quantity parameters are met.
- Check for non-conformities, causes and presentation of corrective measures
- Analyzing raw materials for conformity with set references
- Conduct inspections and audits of premises and system to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
- Direct activities to ensure that all packaging meet specification for three-shift operation
- Maintain calibrations of test equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Head of QHSE department and/or Quality Control Manager

- Identify and evaluate job task hazards, specify and manage control measures and establish behaviors to support safe work.
- Create, review, and approve incident reports and inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of health, safety, and environment.
- Promotes safety awareness to the workforce through HSE meetings/trainings and through safety committee/safety representatives.
- Ensured the quality of products and carried out analysis of non-conformity
- Prepare and present reports for senior management

- Coordinate the production of adhesives, paints and anti-rust products
- Perform laboratory analysis
- Quality control and process amelioration
- Assist the head of production in administrative works

- Develop operational procedures for wastes management with respect to context (collection, transport, separation, storage and or treatment)
- Attend daily coordination meetings
- Provide all technical documents for wastes management
- Support office staff with record-keeping and data management
- Manage the maintenance of vehicles and plants

- Ensure site operators are aware of risks and hazards to maintain the safety and health of workers and workplace
- Perform incident reports to determine root cause in order to eliminate future incidents.
- Promot behavior base safety to enhance company’s culture along with improving HSE and Quality performance
- Ensure all near misses were reported and preventive measures are taken.
- Attend monthly Contractor Safety meeting
- Ensure the availability and proper application of appropriate personal and collective protective equipment at workplace
- Evaluate and ameliorate operational procedures
- Develop and implement Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Communicate with customers to effectively resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Monitor all safety issues on site, to prevent and stop dangerous work practices.
- Conducte pre-job briefings for all work evolutions regarding environmental conditions and safety requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the site work environments, personal protective equipment, mobile equipment, tools and other types of equipment.
