    + Radio/Optimization representative of the branch.
    Activities:
    • Chief Coordinator Technical Department
    - Coordinate and Control all activities related to technique in the North West Region
    - Supervise and direct the activities of the technical department comprising of (Network operating center (NOC), infrastructure department, transmission department, radio department, electromechanical department and asset department).
    - Supervise and control the Activities of all Technicians in the North West Region.
    - Give progress report, Analyze work at all levels, justify expenses
    • Infrastructure: -
    - Work on all finish document (achievement document, partial achievement document, General Handover Documents, and individual invoices, )
    - Prepare and issue contract to partners
    - Control and supervise the progress of all construction works in
    Viettel North West Region.
    - Supervise the laying of optical fiber Underground and the hanging of optical fiber on poles.
    • Radio/Optimization:-
    - Responsible for all adio/optimization task of the region.
    - Drive Test, adjust antenna coverage
    - Handle customer complain in terms of network availibility.
    - Prepare resource, supervise the network and handle problem on festive period.
    - Handle site fault regard to radio and BTS equipment
    - Propose solution to improve network quality in region. Guarantee KPI as target assigned.
    • General :-
    - Splicing of Brocken Cable
    - Monitor Network in the Noc Pro NWT
