ACCOUNTANT

• Verifying account balances on the trial balance to ensure they have the correct debit or credit balance according to OHADA requirements
• Ensure that each account on the group’s reporting software presents a true picture of the operations; else investigate and explain variances.
• Reconciling tax, payroll, payables, receivables and bank accounts.
• Design and implement internal controls
• Monthly tax declaration& other statutory compliance
• Budgeting: Implement, monitor and evaluate the company’s budget
• Training and supervision of other staff on the use of Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) ERP

 Record and reconcile stock operations in preparation for financial reporting
 Payment of suppliers & reconciliation of associated accounts
 Cash flow management
o Controlling monthly payments to suppliers
o Daily reconciliation of suppliers accounts
o Analyzing accounts of foreign suppliers for payments
o Reconciling inter – company accounts relating to payments of suppliers
- Costing and cost analysis
- Analysing of Payable accounts
- Review, design and implement strategies to cut down cost
